1. The Service

IELTS Writing AI provides AI-assisted analysis of IELTS Writing Task 1 and Task 2 responses, including score estimates, feedback, and revision suggestions.

The Service is for educational and practice purposes only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by IELTS, IDP, or the British Council.

2. Accounts

You may register with email and password or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

3. Free and paid use

Some features are available for free. Paid reports, credits, or subscriptions may be offered from time to time. Prices and limits are shown at checkout.

We may change free-tier limits or pricing with reasonable notice on the site or by email where appropriate.

4. No score guarantee

Feedback and band estimates are generated by automated systems and may differ from official IELTS examiner scores. We do not guarantee any specific exam result or score improvement.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of essays and prompts you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service, including storing reports linked to your account when you are signed in.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Do not share account access or resell the Service without permission.
• Do not use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent exam submissions.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe or other payment providers shown at checkout. Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased and applicable law. Contact [email protected] for billing questions.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
